Hi there, I'm Alyssa!
For a long time, I was doing my best to juggle all the things that come with everyday life.
I was a wife, a mum to two beautiful girls, and constantly pouring into everyone around me.
But deep down, I felt lost.
I was burnt out, emotionally exhausted, living week to week financially, and carrying the weight of trying to hold everything together. Somewhere along the way, I had stopped prioritising myself, my dreams, and the life I truly wanted to create.
I knew there had to be more.
More freedom.
More purpose.
More joy.
More of me.
What started with a desire to support my family's health through Kangen Water™ became a journey of personal growth, wellness, abundance, and remembering who I truly was.
Alongside building our family business, Port Stephens Surf School, creating a permaculture farm, facilitating surf and yoga retreats, completing my MBA, and being recognised as a Future Female Business Leader, I became deeply committed to my own growth and expansion.
Through every chapter, one thing has remained the same: my love for bringing women together, helping them feel seen, supported, and reminded of their own power.
Through this journey, I came to understand that true health, wealth, freedom and abundance aren't reserved for a lucky few.
I believe they are our birthright.
Today, I'm passionate about helping women reconnect with their power, trust their intuition, expand their mindset, and create lives filled with greater health, wealth, freedom, purpose, joy and possibility.
Because we're not here to simply get through life.
We're here to create a life we truly love, shine our light, and remember who we truly are.
